Joanie Char Fashions are shown
in suggested color combinations. You can also mix ‘n match
your own color combinations. To see swatches of the colors, refer
to the Linen Color Chart.
Note about your browsers: If you are using Firefox,
in order to use the various Shopping Cart buttons, you will need
to disable tabs. To do this, go to
Tools>OPTIONS. You will see a row of icons at the
top of the box that opens. Select TABS icon. Down
below it will say "New Pages should be opened in: "a
new window" or "a new tab". Select "new window".
This will disable tabs. Jump to various open windows shown at the very bottom
of your screen. If you are using Explorer 7, disable tabs also. Enable cookies
on your browsers.
To make your selections just follow these
easy steps:
1 Select
the wardrobe pieces you want to order. Click on Order
Items Here tab at the bottom of each page with items
you want to order. This takes you to the order
page. Click on your color selection. From the next drop down
box, select your size. You can refer to the size chart on the
Fitting Guide page for approximate measurements for your size
range. As you click on these boxes, the items will automatically
fill in your Shopping Cart page. If ordering more than
one of the same item in a different color or size, repeat the
process for each item selected. From Your Shopping
Cart, you can return to the previous Order Page by selecting
this from your browser. When all selections have been
made, review your Shopping Cart carefully.
2 Click
on Proceed to Checkout. Your items are totaled at the top
of the page.
3 You
do not need a Paypal account to purchase items. You can just
use your credit card. Enter your credit card information. Choose
your credit card from the selections shown in the drop down
boxes. Enter your account number and security code where indicated.
Next, in the personal information section, enter your
personal information for shipping. Please note, we ship by
UPS ground, so please provide an actual physical residential
or business address, but not a post office box. Include
your phone number and email address in case we need to contact
you for any questions about your order.
Then click
the Pay Now button to proceed to check out
and complete your transaction. Please note, we use PayPal to
transmit your order. This is a secure method to pay on-line
and the fastest way to get your order to us. However, if you
prefer, you can pay by other methods. You can call us with
your order and your credit card information, our phone number

between the hours of 10 to 6 Pacific Time. Or you can print
the forms and fax us your information, our

4 Shipping
is free. California residents must add 8.5%
sales tax. This is automatically calculated for you. Please
note, we ship only within the Continental U.S. Once we receive
your order, your Joanie Char fashions will be shipped from
our facility within five business days. Please allow approximately
five more business days for your package to arrive by UPS
ground. Shipping by UPS to street addresses only. If you

Return, Exchange Policy
We believe you will be delighted with your Joanie Char purchases.
However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you
may return new, unworn garments within seven days of receipt for
an exchange or store credit. Please note, return shipping costs
are not refundable.
